Mr. John Voloshin, Managing Director, has 25 years of professional experience in the acquisition, development, management and disposition of real property and capital assets. Pursuing value added investment and development opportunities across the country, John has conducted numerous real estate transactions representing over $800 million in value and has owned, co-owned and operated over five million square feet of retail, office and apartments. In particular, John has expertise in commercial, retail and residential properties that involve complex repositioning or redevelopment, financial restructuring, complex land consolidation and entitlement issues.
Mr. Voloshin was President
