I am trained in a variety of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Pregnancy and Child and Infant Massage. Over the past year I have trained and become certifed in Thai Massage, sometimes called Thai Yoga Massage or Thai Yoga Therapy. These are very deep, dynamic techniques, especially appreciated by athletes, dancers and Yoga practitioners.
