While Rich, the technician, was at my home he also repaired a water-line to my fridge, and took time to check out my dishwasher and pronounced it healthy!

"The phone person and service man were very polite and efficient. Service was as quick as could be reasonably expected. I would have given 5 stars but thought Action was pricey. Having said that, I had already called our usual local service place twice in 3 days, left 2 messages, and never got a return call. That is why I contacted service magic. Maybe Action does deserve 5 stars."
