Colchester:  Anytime Fitness - Thursdays 7:00 to 8:15 PM and Saturdays 9:00 to 10:15 AM

Colchester: Club Fitness USA - Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00 to 10:15 AM

Cromwell:  Facilitated Healing Center (Cromwell Yoga Studio) - Mondays 9:00 to 10:15 Am and Tuesdays 6:00 to 7:15 PM

Cromwell:  Hilltop Covenant Church - Mondays 7:00 to 8:15 PM

East Hampton: Bethlehem Lutheran Church - Thursdays 4:00 to 4:55 PM - PRE-NATAL and 5:00 to 6:15 PM - regular Yoga

Portland: Portland Senior Center - Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:30AM to 12:30PM -Stretch and Tone for Seniors.  AND Wednesdays - 7:00 to 8:15 PM - regular Yoga
