Whether you are buying a home or selling one, it is probably the biggest decision you will ever make. It is a decision that will affect you for years to come. The process can be extremely stressful and confusing. There is also usually a considerable amount of risk involved when making such an important decision. Our Professional Home Inspection will help reduce your risk and make the entire home buying or selling process easier and less stressful. We really enjoy helping our clients in this process customer service and satisfaction are our highest priorities.
Our role is to educate our clients as we evaluate the home. We strongly encourage all of our clients to accompany us during the inspection. During the inspection you should feel free to ask us to address any of your concerns and answer all questions you may have about the home. We will point out issues as they are uncovered and explain them to you in easy to understand language. We will also show you the good points of the home, explain how its systems work, and what routine maintenance is needed.
You will get a narrative style, clearly written, and easy to understand report that includes informative diagrams and color photographs taken during the inspection that highlight issues and illustrate items in the report. We will also include important home safety information and a 95 page Home Operator's Manual.
Our report will arm you with the information and confidence you need to make a more informed decision. Our service does not end with the report, though. We are available for free telephone and email consultations for as long as you own your home.
