About Our Facility
Valley Rehabilitation Center, Inc. was established in 1984 with a basic premise that the patient comes first, and patient care is our primary concern. We are proud to say that through the years and the many changes in the medical arena, we have not wavered from our focus. At our facility all treatments are still provided by physical therapists. Treatments are one-on-one with the therapist; generally the patient works with the same therapist throughout any given episode of care. We believe strongly that this type of environment is crucial to consistently providing efficient, effective therapy.
We are pleased to continue to offer our quality services to the community.
Valley Rehabilitation Center Physical Therapy is a premier P.T. facility, dedicated to providing every patient quality therapy. Valley Rehab Center Physical Therapy has offices in Simsbury, Plainville, and Hartford.

VRCPT is now offering a Transitions (TM) Nutrition and Weight Loss Program. The program is lead by two staff members who are Certified Transitions Lifestyle Coaches, Karen Eseppi, PT and Lisa Woods, PT.
