We have put together information and pictures about our club in an attempt to anticipate and answer most of your questions. However, as you will see, we have many activities, programs, classes, and clinics. If you can’t find what you are looking for we invite you to give us a call or stop in.
Our locally owned and independently operated facility has served the fitness and athletic needs of the Farmington Valley area for more than 30 years. We welcome you to our club.
