Led by Grandmaster Yu of South Korea, Yu's Academy of Martial Arts in Connecticut has been instructing students of all ages and ability levels since 1976. Anyone interested in learning from a true Master of Tae Kwon Do, Judo, and Hapkido is encouraged to come see Yu's Academy of Martial Arts, where we have over 30 years of experience teaching students from ages 3 to 80! We strongly believe that Martial Arts is for Everyone!

Tae Kwon Do - "The Art of Kicking and Punching": A distance style which emphasizes the versatility of the legs.

Judo - "The Gentle Way": An in-close style which emphasizes core muscles and awareness of balance.

Hapkido - "The Way of Coordinated Power": An in-between style which emphasizes turning the opponent's strength to your advantage.
