In 1984, Steven M. Ford and Mary C. Oberg joined together to form the law firm of Ford and Oberg. In 1988, Douglas K. Manion became a partner, and the firm was then known as Ford, Oberg and Manion. In 1993, Cynthia D. Houck, joined the firm as a partner, and together the firm became known as Ford, Oberg, Manion & Houck. The firm has provided legal services to clients in the Greater Hartford area since that time. After 25 years of practice, the partners have made the decision to dissolve its group affiliation in order to permit the partners to pursue their individual professional opportunities.

As of December 31, 2009, the firm of Ford, Oberg, Manion and Houck will close. Every effort has been undertaken to assure that this transition will not affect the continued representation of our existing clients, and the publics ability to reach any of the partners after this transition.
