Our Facility

Connecticut K-9 was originally founded in 1965 as a training center for obedience and protection dogs. Grooming and Boarding was added shortly thereafter. The modern facility that now houses Connecticut K-9 Education Center was built in 1970 and is the largest facility of its kind in New England. We provide the best in grooming and training for you and your pet. Housed under one roof you will find: a pet supply and feed store to provide you with premium puppy and dog food, treats, equipment and accessories for your pet; a modern and efficient grooming salon to pamper your dog or cat; a spacious indoor training area; classroom; a modern, spacious, heated and ventilated boarding kennel with room for 100 dogs and cats; and dogs for adoption through Connecticut Save A Pup.
