Rich Company, LLC, is a firm that specializes in the management of commercial and residential rental properties, multi-family houses, and condominium and homeowner associations. We also specialize in the outsourcing of accounting, finance, administrative and clerical services to self-managed real estate owners, condominiums and homeowner associations, as well as providing consulting, financial and tax services. The firm is owned and operated by Thomas D. Rich, CPA.
