To be honest since I found out about it, I don't visit any other store. I took my notebook and my problems were actually very simple to correct. John C was very honest and specific about it with me.

On 2 occasions I have been told by people who claim to be in the computer repair business that my computer was terminal. On both occasions you have made a simple repair for a reasonable price. As long as I am able you are the only one I will take my computer to for repair. The only downside is you are in Vernon and I am in the South end of Mansfield about 30-40 minutes away! Oh well!

Never had better service! Very helpful, thoughtful, and informative. Our salesman explained everything! Explanation of hook-ups and what to do if we need help. We have gotten a computer we can manage and Tom taught us well!

I went to Kaplan and got my laptop fixed. They were speedy and cheap. Great company. I went in there and they greeted me with a smile. They were never rude to me at all. They also had a great selection of merchandise. I needed a modem for my old computer and they were able to supply me with the part I need.

This is a good computer place to go to for two main reasons: first, they have a ton of used stuff that they sell for very cheap. second, their techs are much more skilled than any other computer place I know.

After working with me to define specs for a new multiprocessor server, the staff directed me to a used unit that exceeded my specs and saved me more than 50% over new.
