When we paint the exterior of a home or business, the actual application of the paint is one of the last steps in our procedure. A big part of external painting is preparation. Getting the surface ready to accept the primer, and then the paint, is absolutely critical in order for us to achieve the professional final result that our customers have come to expect. With that in mind, we first pressure wash the exterior to remove all dirt, grime and loose paint that has to be gone when we start painting. Any small repairs are taken care of, and then the primer is applied. Having a primer coat on first allows the paint to adhere to the surface more securely. The exterior paint is applied in a very deliberate and detailed manner, and we are confident you will be very happy with it.

As with exterior painting, preparation is also a big part of any interior painting project. We can help you choose colors, or we are happy to go with any color scheme you already have in mind. There are a few decisions to be made regarding the choice of paint, in addition to the color oil or water based, gloss, semi-gloss, satin, eggshell, or matte finish. These are all options that have advantages and disadvantages. With our years of experience, we can help you sort out all of these matters easily. It might seem a little confusing at first, but its not difficult. We can also show you some pictures from some of our previous jobs that may give you some ideas you hadnt thought of yet.

As mentioned above, pressure washing is a vital part of any exterior painting job whether residential or commercial. However, we also offer professional pressure washing as a service in itself. If your home or business has not had an exterior wash in a while, you might be surprised at the difference in appearance after it has been pressure washed. Dirt and grime accumulate gradually over time, so may not be that noticeable. In addition, pressure washing (particularly with hot water) can remove any mold or mildew that has started to grow. Left unattended, mold can cause multiple problems it is much easier to eliminate the mold early. We can put you on a regular schedule of pressure washing, or you can call us as needed.
