The Calendar Group was founded upon the premise that our clients deserve the best in support so that they can be efficient in the office and enjoy their downtime to the fullest. Many of our clients have demanding jobs with nontraditional schedules and need someone who “gets it” to support them. The Calendar Group is well-regarded for finding that invaluable right-hand who not only possesses the experience and skills necessary, but who also has the right temperament and personality to mesh with our clients’ needs and lifestyles.

The Calendar Group has a very large database of qualified candidates with whom we stay in touch. For each position, we start by casting a wide net using technology and word-of-mouth to find only those uniquely qualified to interview with our clients. Finding indispensable gems who can hit the ground running is our passion. As a result of our hard work, we are fortunate to have many clients return to us with other support staff needs in their home and office. The Calendar Group does very little advertising, meeting most of our candidates through recommendation from others we have placed in the past, and through the goodwill of word-of-mouth.
