Welcome to First Baptist Church of Branford, CT, an American Baptist Church. We are a broad-minded, big hearted, and high spirited community serving Jesus since 1840. With people as our greatest resource, we offer a broad range of programs and opportunities to grow in faith and practice discipleship. Please make yourself at home on our web page and in our sanctuary.

We're on our "school year" hours, when we host Bible Study for all ages from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and worship together from 11 a.m. to 12 noon. Nursery care is provided.

Check out what's new. Visit us soon. You don't have to be a member of the church to participate in activities -- all are welcome. We provide professional nursery care each Sunday, and at most events.

Christmas Fair on Saturday, December 4, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Crafts - Jewelry - Cookie Room - Attic - Goodies - Basket Raffle - Lunch will be served

The 2011 pledge packets are now available in Fellowship Hall.

We collected 22 frozen turkeys for the Branford Food Pantry. The all churches drive collected & delivered 83 turkeys in all. Thanks to all who contributed!
