We are a strong, caring, loving community of Christ, closely knit but always welcoming with an open heart. Whether you are new to this area or have been around for years, whether you wish to meet new faces or look for a church to call home, or whether you are seeking faith, comfort, joy or peace, you are welcome here. You will have the opportunity to learn, laugh, grow spiritually, make new friends and share your stories. May you and your family and friends find your place here. Our worship services begin Sunday mornings at 9:30am and typically last about an hour. In addition, we have special services throughout the year celebrating Ash Wednesday, Easter, Christmas Eve, Jazz Sunday and Children's Sunday, as well as services for baptisms, prayer shawl dedications and receiving new members, among others. Nursery space is available for parents with infants and young toddlers during worship.
In case of a snow event, please check the local news channel for listings and information on service cancellations. We also disseminate pertinent information via our phone tree; if you would like to be a part of it, please speak with our pastor.

Poquonnock Bridge Baptist Church strives to be a welcoming Christian community in which we all desire to work together in order to strengthen our relationship with God and with each other; to reach out to one another, our neighborhood, and our world, in the Spirit of Jesus Christ.

We currently hold membership in the Stonington Union-New London Association of Baptist Churches, are a covenanting member of the American Baptist Churches of Connecticut and are affiliated with the American Baptist Churches, USA.
